By entering this event, participants must be of physical health where they are able to satisfactorily complete the course.
All road rules must be followed
Direction from Police and appropriate authorities must be followed
Care must be taken along paths as the general public will utilise
In sections where footpaths are unavailable, participants must keep left & run in single file
No right of way is provided for participants over traffic or the general public, except where indicated by existing infrastructure (ie traffic lights etc)
Participants must be mindful of vehicles entering & exiting driveways along footpaths and take appropriate care
