In preparation for the October Time Trial … TIME TRIAL WAVES ⏱️

A quick reminder — please start in the wave you registered for online!

For the 10km, if you expect to take over an hour, you can register for the wave 15 minutes earlier so we can get everyone finishing around 7am — breakfast time!

We pay good money for our timing system, and our volunteers rely on everyone sticking to their registered wave.

Coming along to our TT? Ensure you register in the correct wave time and also start in that correct time on the day. Saves us ensuring your time is correct on the official clock!😅
Cooked breakky for all runners afterwards, yes please! Register in bio
