Volunteer Handbook and Declaration
INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the Volunteer Handbook and then complete the Volunteer Declaration (below) – 

PRINT A COPY of the Volunteer Roster.

BIB COLLECTION
Registration Pickup this year is at the MBRIT Offices (433 Elizabeth Avenue, Kippa-Ring). There is ample parking available for volunteers. 

Please note your name may appear more than once – Check all pages of the roster carefully.

RACE DAY
If you are unsure of your location, Course Maps will assist with identifying where you are stationed. Check your marshalling position and allow sufficient time to sign-in (Pelican Park or Suttons Beach, also noted on the roster) and walk, run or drive to your location allowing sufficient time to be ready at the time noted.

All Course Marshals will receive a lanyard at sign-in that includes key contacts for the event. If you are unsure of what action to take / have a question, the Course Director for J2J is Alyssa Kerr 0403 840 673.

RESERVED VEHICLE PASSES are available for volunteers volunteering at Pelican Park (Baggage, Registrations, Finish Zone etc. on Sunday). If you are volunteering in the Race Precinct, PRINT A COPY as this will be required to access the Parking Area located at the Clontarf Boat Ramp.

** PLEASE SIGN IN / SIGN OUT EACH DAY – The Club will not be paid for volunteers who fail to sign the volunteer register **
