An event every 2 weeks that begins at 5:00 am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This week’s session is at the Little Athletics Track on the corner of Mabel Street and Oxley Avenue – 5am for core and strength training and/or 5.30am for interval training – come to one or both! $5 session fee applies – payable to Shena Dale Running Physio
