Moreton Bay Road Runners is a running club based on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

The club was formed in 1985 for runners and walkers of all abilities. We are a Queensland Athletics Affiliated Club and meet on Tuesday and Thursdays at locations around the Redcliffe Peninsula, North Lakes and Sandgate. On weekends, our Saturday and Sunday runs start from the Redcliffe Jetty.

In 1986, Moreton Bay Road Runners started the Jetty 2 Jetty Fun Run to raise funds for the Redcliffe Little Athletics Club. The event held in July each year now has almost 5,000 competitors across the 21km/10km/5km/3km distances and still raises funds for beneficiaries in the Moreton Bay Region.

The club has QA certified coaches who guide walkers and runners to achieving their goals. Our coaches provide personalised training plans, coached strength and speed sessions, as well as nutritional advice for members. Each month, members put their training into practice with a time trial held between Redcliffe and Scarborough.

The club boasts an active social calendar for club members and their families in-between the many events taking place.
